Branson, Missouri – November 7, 2011 – Join us for a special week of book signings, special appearances and lectures at Branson’s IMAX Entertainment Complex. All signings are open to the public and free of charge. Individual books will be available for purchase the day of each signing.
Wednesday, November 9th – AUTHOR BOOK SIGNING:
Author JULIA DYE will appear at our IMAX Complex from 10:00am – 12:00pm, with her new book, Backbone, which examines the history, traditions and leadership lessons of the US Marine Corps non-commissioned officers.
Friday, November 11th – AUTHOR BOOK SIGNING:
A trio of talented ladies with inspiration, travel and excitement! Three authors will appear at the IMAX Complex from 11:00am – 2:00pm and again from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. Meet PENNY ROBICHAUX-KOONTZ, author of I Thought You Had A Bigger Dream – LYNN MCLEOD author of From Simms to Zanzibar – and HARRIET FORD, author of If God Wants Me Well, Why Am I Sick.
Saturday, November 12th – AUTHOR LECTURE & BOOK SIGNING:
Join us at the IMAX Complex with DR. TODD BAKER for a lecture from 9:00am – 9:30am in the Elite Cinema free of charge, followed by a book signing from 9:30am – 11:30am. Dr. Todd Baker served as chief of the Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) at Ibn Sina Hospital in Baghdad for the 86th Combat Support from November 2007 to January 2009, and tells that story in his book Baghdad ER: Fifteen Minutes.
Saturday, November 12th – AUTHOR BOOK SIGNING & PERFORMANCE:
THE DUGGARS are coming to Branson! Join us at the IMAX Complex at 10:00am in the Little Opry Theatre as they perform with James Garret during his show A Tribute to John Denver – Followed by their book signing from 1:30pm – 4:30pm.
